Where Curiosity Becomes Discovery
A new science museum for Cyprus, designed to inspire children, students, families, teachers, inventors, and everyone who believes that learning should be exciting.
Explore the Vision Get InvolvedA Living Museum of Science, Invention, and Imagination
The Cyprus Science Museum will bring science to life through interactive exhibits, hands-on demonstrations, ancient inventions, modern technology, and creative experimentation.
Our goal is simple: to create a place where young people do not merely read about science, but touch it, test it, question it, build it, and understand it through direct experience.
From Ancient Greek Genius to Future Technologies
The museum will connect the scientific achievements of the ancient world with robotics, computing, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, space exploration, and the technologies shaping tomorrow.
Planned Exhibit Areas
The first exhibits will be practical, interactive, and designed to spark curiosity without requiring expensive infrastructure.
Microscopes and the Hidden World
Students will explore cells, insects, plants, materials, and the invisible structures around us.
Light, Prisms, and Optics
Hands-on displays showing reflection, refraction, color, lenses, shadows, and optical illusions.
Electricity and Magnetism
Simple but powerful demonstrations of circuits, magnets, motors, generators, and electromagnetic forces.
Ancient Greek Inventions
Reproductions inspired by Archimedes, Hero of Alexandria, water clocks, gears, levers, and early machines.
Mathematics You Can Touch
Puzzles, geometry, patterns, probability, logic, and visual mathematics for all ages.
Earth, Energy, and Cyprus
Displays on renewable energy, water, climate, geology, agriculture, and the science of our island.
Robotics and Coding
Robots, sensors, programming challenges, automation, and beginner-friendly technology demonstrations.
Astronomy and Space
Telescopes, planets, stars, satellites, space exploration, and the science of the night sky.
Artificial Intelligence
Simple explanations and demonstrations of how computers learn, recognize patterns, and assist human creativity.
A Maker Space for Young Inventors
The museum will include a creative space where students can design, build, test, and improve their own ideas.
Instead of only seeing finished inventions, students will experience the process of invention itself: trial, error, imagination, teamwork, and problem-solving.
